THE FLOWY YOGA GIRL IS COMING TO VIENNA
Bradshaw Wish at OM GARDENS
28–30 May 2027
Yoga has become very good at selling us things: the right outfit, the right skincare, the right matcha and the right way to look like a “yoga person.” Sorry, not sorry - but it’s true. Bradshaw Wish doesn’t teach from that place. His work is knowledgeable, funny, honest and never pretentious. He takes the practice seriously without turning it into a performance - or himself into a guru.
His classes combine intelligent sequencing and a strong understanding of anatomy with curiosity, humour and plenty of room to be human. That is exactly why we wanted to bring him to Vienna. Over three days, Bradshaw joins us at OM GARDENS for a Vinyasa Masterclass, an open Q&A and two extended workshops on Handstands and Backbends.
FRIDAY, 28 MAY 18:00–19:30
THE FLOWY YOGA GIRL
90-Minute Vinyasa Masterclass · All Levels
A strong, playful Vinyasa class and an introduction to the way Bradshaw teaches. Expect intelligent sequencing, clear guidance and enough space to explore what actually works for your body. The class will challenge you, but it isn’t about keeping up or performing a perfect version of yoga. Move, breathe, probably laugh and leave with a better understanding of your own practice.
SATURDAY, 29 MAY
SPRING INTO HANDSTANDS 10:00–12:30
Handstands can feel mysterious. They aren’t. Bradshaw breaks the practice down into something clear and workable. We look at how the shoulders, core and wrists work together and use drills, partner work and progressive steps to build strength, stability and confidence upside down. For teachers, it is also a chance to better understand how to teach Handstands without relying on vague cues or one approach for every body. You don’t need to have a Handstand. You should, however, already have a regular yoga practice and be comfortable working with inversions.
SUNDAY, 30 MAY
BACKBEND FOUNDATIONS 10:00–12:30
Strength, Space & Wheel · All Levels
A Backbend does not need to be deeper to be better. This workshop starts with strength, awareness and smaller ranges of motion before moving towards deeper Backbends. Bradshaw looks at how movement is distributed through the shoulders, spine and hips and explores different approaches to Wheel Pose.
The aim is not to force your body into a shape. It is to understand where the movement comes from, find what works for you and create more space without unnecessary strain.
Q&A WITH BRADSHAW

Sequencing, anatomy, teaching, personal practice, burnout, the yoga industry or building a career without losing yourself in the process—it is all welcome.
The Q&A is included in both Weekend Bundles. If single tickets are released, it can be booked together with the Friday Masterclass.
